The organization actively monitors and measures its resilience processes.  Performance metrics are in place and lessons learned from past incidents are used to improve the program.

Compliant

The organization's resilience program meets industry standards and best practices.  There is a strong focus on adhering to established regulations and standards.

Optimized

The organization not only meets standards but also continuously seeks ways to improve and proactively incorporate new technologies and methodologies to stay ahead of potential threats.
